Responsibilities:

• Prompt search for freelance specialists for project work in the field of production localization. Industries: healthcare, agriculture and industry

• Job profiles and candidate requirements are compiled depending on the specifics of the project.

• Conducting negotiations, discussing the terms of cooperation, as well as monitoring the performance of tasks

• Research of current trends in the labor market, identification of required skills and competencies

• Creating and maintaining an up-to-date database of freelance specialists for future projects

• Making suggestions to improve the processes of recruitment and interaction with freelance specialists

Requirements:

• A student or graduate in the field of personnel management, psychology, economics or related disciplines.

• At least 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting, preferably in the field of recruiting employees for project work, will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of staff search and selection methods, including the use of specialized platforms for freelancers.

• Ability to work with various tools and services for finding candidates (HeadHunter, telegram chats, freelance platforms, etc.).

• Ability to effectively interact with candidates and contractors.

• Proactivity and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.

• The ability to quickly adapt to changes and find solutions in non-standard situations.

• The ability to analyze the interrelationships and integrity of systems. Preferably (but not necessarily):Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for communication with foreign specialists.
